Samantha is asked to look into the background of a handsome groom-to-be, but discovers that there is no record of him prior to his twentieth birthday. But will his dark come-to-bed eyes distract her from her investigations. Meanwhile Paschal is up a mountain looking for some missing sheep.
13. MURDER CASTS A VOTE
A young political hopeful becomes embroiled in a web of blackmail and murder when the woman who accused him of fathering her sextuplets is poisoned during a live television chat show.

A mother-of-ten causes tension and division in Tullyhooley when she alleges that the nine-year-old winner of the U-10 Boys’ Race at the local Sports Day took steroids.

Terror strikes during a Flower Arranging Class in the local Community Centre when the instructress, Tasmin Crisp- Roberts dies after she pricks her finger on a thorn, which has been laced with a powerful toxin.
18. THE WEDDING LIMOUSINE IN FRONT, THE HEARSE BEHIND
The party mood at Tullyhooley’s Wedding of the Year suffers a setback when the bride’s mother drops dead after the foliage on her designer hat is sprayed with a deadly weed-killer. As Paschal and Samantha investigate, they discover that half the wedding guests are suspects as she had been having affairs with the groom, his father and the best man.
19. I’M DUE TO BE MURDERED ON SUNDAY
When two female Ministers of the Eucharist in Tullyhooley commit a fashion faux pas by wearing the same outfit one Sunday, it leads to a series of grisly murders of fellow Ministers and Samantha’s name is on the list.
20. IT’S DOLLY OR BUST: PART 1
While Paschal and Samantha are holidaying in America, Paschal buys a Dolly Parton doll, setting in motion a series of bizarre and terrifying events.

Who killed the Dolly Parton impersonator? Why are Paschal and Samantha being followed by a man in an Elvis Presley mask? And what is the significance of the torn postcard?

A darts tournament in the ‘The Ploughman’s Spit’ Bar and Lounge ends with the bizarre death of Seanie ‘Beergut’ O’Toole from a stray dart thrown by Ignatius ‘Bifocal’ Sinnott. Ignatius claims it was an accident, but Samantha becomes suspicious when she learns that he was having an affair an affair with Seanie’s wife.

Paschal is stranded in a remote country house with a disgraced politician while a deranged killer is on the loose.

Paschal and Samantha are asked to protect a talkative Mynah bird called Chirpy, who is the key witness against a top gangland figure. But danger lurks for Chirpy in feline form closer to home.
