Sad News

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Nicola Connell, who died on Sunday.
Nicola had been playing Sadie Jessup in the Slieverue Eigse Players Drama Group production of my play ‘Mother Knows Best’. The group had just completed four successful nights in Slieverue and were due to move to Kilmacow on Thursday night night next. In fact I had planned to travel to Kilmacow that night to see the play and meet the cast.
Nicola’s death is a devastating blow to her family and to her many friends.
