Wonderful productions in Carnmore and Rath

I just want to compliment Compantas Lir in Claregalway, Co. Galway and Rath Drama Group for their wonderful productions of my plays which I attended recently.
Compantas Lir staged two of my one-acts, ‘Wedding Night Blues’ and ‘A Night To Remember’ and I really enjoyed them, despite suffering from a migraine headache throughout. A big congratulations to both casts and to their directors, Mary McCarthy and Brid Conneely.
Rath Drama Group staged a wonderful production of ‘Fortunes and Misfortunes’ with sparkling performances and great pace throughout. Each actor was on top of their lines and knew their character inside out. Well done to everyone involved, not forgetting the man at the helm, Brendan Dolan.
Writing the plays is a lonely, isolated activity but sitting in an audience and hearing their response to my work makes it all worthwhile..
